Registration & Payment
Our congress is international and has the criteria of academic incentive. No additional information and certification shall be made in this regard.
All physical participants are obliged to pay the participation fee. Companions and listeners cannot be brought.
A maximum of two presentations can be made for each participant fee. Those wishing to make more presentations are required to pay the additional fee determined by the congress organizing committee.
A badge will be given to participants at the congress and it is recommended to use and wear a badge during the congress. It is important to pay attention to this issue due to difficulties in attendance of the congress, as it may be that the people without a name badge do not register.
The way of presentation, ranking, priority, relocation and any other management of the papers belong to the chairman of the session. Therefore, congress committees and other interested parties cannot intervene in the sessions and cannot interfere with the duties of the chairmen.
Participants who will participate with poster presentation should bring their 70 × 100 cm presentations prepared in pdf format with flash disk
Each participant who presents a paper will be given a “Verbal / Poster Presentation Certificate” for his / her presentation during the congress day. Others will receive “Congress Participation Certificate”. Certificates that are not received cannot be requested after the congress.
In our congress, all kinds of transactions are made through the system and transactions made via e-mail are not accepted. For this reason, you must send your presentation abstracts with your information. All information about our congress is available on the congress website. Therefore, it is not necessary to request information by telephone or similar means of communication.
In the registration process, the name and surname of one of the participants whose name is given in the presentation abstract must be written in the explanation part of the payment information (receipt). In addition, information about the congress should be included in the name of the congress. For the payments made through ATM, the name of the participant should be specified, not the ID number. Our congress is not responsible for the disruption.
Feedbacks regarding the acceptance of the papers will be sent to the congress account after the fee has been paid.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Terms
If you send a cancellation petition before 1 August 2021, Sunday, via our website and/or by e-mail, 50% (fifty percent) of the payment will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations after this date.
