Kayıt ve Ödeme Bilgilendirme
Kongremiz uluslararası nitelikte olup akademik teşvik kriterlerini taşımaktadır. Bu hususta herhangi bir ek bilgilendirme ve belgelendirme yapılmayacaktır.
Online katılım sağlayan her birey katılım ücreti ödemekle yükümlüdür.
Fiyatlara %18 KDV ilave edilecektir.
Her katılımcı en fazla iki sunum yapılabilir. Daha fazla sunum yapmak isteyen kişilerin kongre düzenleme kurulunun belirlediği ek ücreti ödemesi gerekmektedir.
Kongrede katılımcılara, sunumlara girebilmeleri için kayıt isimlerine göre erişim izni verilecektir.
Bildirilerin sunum şekli, sıralaması, öne alınması, yer değiştirilmesi ve diğer her türlü yönetim ilgili oturum başkanına aittir. Bu nedenle kongremiz kurulları ve diğer ilgililer oturumlara yönelik müdahale edemez ve oturum başkanlarının görevlerine karışamaz.
Bildiri sunan her katılımcımıza kongre günü boyunca sunum yaptığına dair “Sözel Bildiri Sunumu Sertifikası”, sunum yapmayanlara ise “Kongre Katılım Sertifikası” verilecektir. Kongre bitiminden sonra tüm sertifikalar kişilerin kayıt olurken belirttikleri mail adreslerine gönderilecektir.
Kongremizde her türlü işlem sistem üzerinden yapılmakta olup, mail üzerinden yapılan işlemler kabul edilmemektedir. Bu nedenle bildiri gönderimlerini mutlaka sistem üzerinden yaptığınız üyelik bilgileriniz ile gerçekleştiriniz. Kongremize ilişkin her türlü bilgi kongremiz sitesinde yer almaktadır. Bu nedenle telefon ve benzeri iletişim yolları ile bilgi alma talebinde bulunulmaması gerekmektedir.
Kongremize yönelik yapılan kayıt işlemlerinde ödeme bilgisi (dekont) mutlaka açıklama kısmında ilgili bildiride ismi bulunan katılımcılardan birisinin ismi ve soy ismi yazılmalıdır. Ayrıca kongreye dair bilgi ilgili kongre ismine yer verilmelidir. ATM üzerinden yapılan ödemelerde T.C numarası değil katılımcı isminin belirtilmesi gerekmektedir. Oluşan aksaklıktan kongremiz sorumlu değildir.
Kabul edilen bildirilerdeki tüm yazarlar teşvik kriterlerinden faydalanabilmek ve sunum belgesi alabilmek için kayıt ücretini (3 günlük) ödemek zorundadır
İptal ve İade Şartları
1 Eylül 2023, Cuma gününden önce, web sitemiz üzerinden ve/veya e-mail ile iptal dilekçesi göndermeniz halinde, yapılan ödemenin %50’si (yüzde ellisi) iade edilir. Bu tarihten sonraki iptallerde hiç bir şekilde geri ödeme yapılmaz.
Registration & Payment
Our congress is international and has the criteria of academic incentive. No additional information and certification shall be made in this regard.
All physical participants are obliged to pay the participation fee. Companions and listeners cannot be brought.
Payment will be done by Turkish Lira and 18% VAT will be added to the final fee.
A maximum of two presentations can be made for each participant fee. Those wishing to make more presentations are required to pay the additional fee determined by the congress organizing committee.
A badge will be given to participants at the congress and it is recommended to use and wear a badge during the congress. It is important to pay attention to this issue due to difficulties in attendance of the congress, as it may be that the people without a name badge do not register.
The way of presentation, ranking, priority, relocation and any other management of the papers belong to the chairman of the session. Therefore, congress committees and other interested parties cannot intervene in the sessions and cannot interfere with the duties of the chairmen.
Participants who will participate with poster presentation should bring their 70 × 100 cm presentations prepared in pdf format with flash disk
Each participant who presents a paper will be given a “Verbal / Poster Presentation Certificate” for his / her presentation during the congress day. Others will receive “Congress Participation Certificate”. Certificates that are not received cannot be requested after the congress.
In our congress, all kinds of transactions are made through the system and transactions made via e-mail are not accepted. For this reason, you must send your presentation abstracts with your information. All information about our congress is available on the congress website. Therefore, it is not necessary to request information by telephone or similar means of communication.
In the registration process, the name and surname of one of the participants whose name is given in the presentation abstract must be written in the explanation part of the payment information (receipt). In addition, information about the congress should be included in the name of the congress. For the payments made through ATM, the name of the participant should be specified, not the ID number. Our congress is not responsible for the disruption.
Feedbacks regarding the acceptance of the papers will be sent to the congress account after the fee has been paid.

Cancellation and Refund Terms
If you send a cancellation petition before September, 1st 2023, Friday, via our website and/or by e-mail, 50% (fifty percent) of the payment will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations after this date.
