He became a neurology specialist at Istanbul University Çapa Medical Faculty. Spastic Children’s Foundation co-founder. 33 years ago the first time in Turkey he has also pioneered the establishment of associations of autistic
children. He worked in the American Hospital for 15 years. He has taught in different fields of neuroscience in psychopathology, psychology counseling, preschool, special education, classroom teaching and dentistry departments
at Marmara, Maltepe, Kültür, Yeditepe, Medipol universities for 30 years. He established Altis communication and general consultancy system 32 years ago. Since 1982 he has been working on his brain development, problems and diseases in his practice from childhood to old age.
HOW SHOULD THE BRAIN EDUCATION BE FROM EARLY AGES TO ADVANCED AGES?
This study was prepared as a summary in a limited time in the light of the frequently asked questions of my students in neuroscience lessons and also the practical knowledge of the years between 1980-2020.
Monitoring brain development in the womb is still limited by imaging methods. Despite this, the first 4 years after childbirth. Imaging methods that developed skills, laboratory and observations and examinations were learned. Normal and problematic results in the process were defined with a higher rate after the 1990s based on neuroscience.
Are normally developing and non-developing brains noticed early? What, why and how to apply for support? Questions, questions… Questions come to mind. I will summarize some of the answers in this presentation in the light of neuroscience.

Since the senses of touch, vision, and hearing are the first developing senses, and how should this triangle support the cognitive development starting from the first months after birth?
Three-dimensional thinking skill is related to imagination. However, it takes place with the early training of the inner regions of the brain. Three-dimensional thinking skill also develops in those with vision and hearing problems.
If there is a development problem in the sense of touch, it should be recognized and supported without delay. Why ?
The voice of the child asking the question, smiling, etc. needs to be supported correctly with stimuli.
